CIVIL PROCESS FEE SCHEDULE
PAPER SERVICE: No refunds are given.
RURAL SERVICE: $70 Flat Fee INCLUDES 3 ATTEMPTS AND MILEAGE. Additional attempts on request at $20 per attempt.
CITY SERVICE (Superior city limits): $60 Flat Fee INCLUDES 3 ATTEMPTS AND MILEAGE. Additional attempts on request at $15 per attempt.
S&C EVICTION w/money claim CITY: $70 Flat Fee. Includes 4 attempts, mileage, with posting and mailing if necessary. (No money claim same as paper service)
S&C EVICTION w/money claim RURAL: $80 Flat Fee. Includes 4 attempts, mileage, with posting and mailing if necessary. (No money claim same as paper service)
Each additional person/paper at same address: $30 each, includes 3 attempts and mileage.
WRITS of EVICTION/RESTITUTION/ASSISTANCE:
BASIC EVICTION: $75 includes up to 1 hour standby for 1 deputy, thereafter $75 per hour for deputy's standby time, per deputy, plus actual costs (chargeable costs include mileage).
PLAINTIFF REQUIRES REMOVAL OF TENANTS AND PROPERTY: $100 plus costs (chargeable costs include mileage). Includes up to 1 hour deputy time, thereafter $75 per hour deputy time. $2,500 deposit required. A refund will be issued for unused funds. Indemnity bond will be required.
WRITS of REPLEVIN/EXECUTION: $150 plus costs. Deputy time will be billed at $75 per hour per deputy.
Deposit of $2,500 is required plus an indemnity bond (depending on writ and circumstances)
Restraining Orders:
TRO's and subsequent papers for domestic, child abuse, vulnerable adult - No Cost
HARASSMENT RESTRAINING ORDERS - Standard charge if a filing fee with the court was paid.
Notices of Hearings, Petitions for Hearings, Summons, etc (all without an actual order or, with a denial of order) will be charged standard charges.
Sheriff Sales & Posting: $150. (No change)
If cancelled, there is no refund
If re-opened, process starts over with anther $150
